The scientific journal publishes research articles based on the results of scientific studies conducted by professors, teachers, doctoral students, and independent researchers of higher education institutions in foreign countries and the Republic of Uzbekistan. In addition, the journal accepts research papers from employees of other scientific research institutes, industrial organizations, and enterprises - both in foreign countries and within the Republic - who are engaged in scientific research activities outside higher education institutions.
